I, the Applicant, do solemnly and sincerely declare that I am not a bankrupt or undischarged bankrupt and affirm that the above information is true and correct. I have inspected the above mentioned premises and wish to take a tenancy for such premises for a period of   months, at a rental of  per week and that the rental to be paid is within my means. I undertake to pay a rental bond in cash or as requested upon the signing of a Residential Tenancy Agreement.

I consent to the Lessor/Agent (Realty 1 Pty Ltd) contacting and conducting any enquiries/searches with regard to the information supplied in this Tenancy Application. I consent to this application being reference checked with the Tenancy Default Database.

I authorise Realty 1 Pty Ltd to disclose the personal information it collects about me to the Owner of the property.

I further consent to Realty 1 Pty Ltd disclosing personal information that they may hold for the purpose of (a) listing my Name with a Tenancy Database as a result of a Tribunal Order or multiple Breach Notices, (b) enforcing a Tribunal Order and/or (c) commencing recovery action in relation to any debt owed as a result of outstanding rent, repairs and/or damage that occurred or occurs during my period of Tenancy.
