Tina was born in South Africa and travelled to Australia as a young adult seeking adventure and new horizons. She has lived in The Gap since 1996. Her real estate career started in 1989 and includes experience in residential sales, new developments and land sales. Initially trained by a national company, Tina has experience in working for both national franchise and independent real estate companies. She opened her own Company, Realty 1 Pty Ltd in 1999. Tina believes your "home is your haven" and will ensure that your greatest asset is handled in a highly professional manner. Buyers and sellers feel confident in her honesty, integrity and vast experience. Tina is a member of the REIQ, The Gap Chamber of Commerce, The Gap Garden Club and the Brisbane Bushwalking Club. Her hobbies include gardening, horse riding, cycling and swimming.
Robin's upbringing on a sheep station west of Stanthorpe is apparent in her love of animals and the outdoors and her refreshingly open, honest and simplistic approach to life. You will often see Robin out letterbox dropping leaflets with her faithful hound "Oakey" and several of her friends' children in tow, making this usually monotonous task a fun outing. Robin's knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate industry comes from owning her own Century 21 Agency in Milton where she sold residential properties and commercial sites in the City and throughout the Western Suburbs of Brisbane. After selling the business in 1996, Robin joined AV Jennings where she spent five years selling new homes from Display Centres in Narangba, Sinnamon Park and The Gap. In August 2001, Robin joined Realty 1 Pty Ltd as a Sales Consultant and has become part of our dedicated sales team. The feedback and ongoing referral business that Robin receives from past clients is proof that she has made buying and selling homes a pleasant experience for many people.
Colleen's experience in the advertising & marketing industry for twenty-five years adds a further dimension to the specialist services provided by Realty 1. During this period, she successfully managed a large number of campaigns for both commercial and residential property sales. This expertise makes her a vital member of the team at Realty 1. Colleen's face may be familiar to you. A resident of The Gap for more than 20 years, Colleen has bought and sold several homes in the area and as a result has substantial first hand knowledge of the suburb and the local market. Her open and friendly manner along with her 'fair-go' approach has seen Colleen gain a well-respected status within the local community. She is an enthusiastic proponent of the locale and believes that living and working in The Gap is a 'dream come true'.
Having lived in The Gap for over 14 years, Sherryl was attracted to the good name of Realty 1 and is now a valued member of the Realty 1 team. She comes to us with a diverse background including owning her own business, six years in the finance industry and a local medical practice. Her experience in the private, public and corporate sectors enables Sherryl to provide a very high level of service and satisfaction to both seller and purchaser. Her previous involvement in finance gives her strong roots and knowledge in the value aspects of real estate. Sherryl is very much a people person. She is 100% honest and committed to helping clients acheive their goals.
Nick Stankiewicz has worked for Realty 1 for 3 years & now joins the company as a registered Sales Consultant. Nick has lived in The Gap for most of his life and is also very familiar with the property market in surrounding suburbs. Particularly in Ashgrove, Paddington, Bardon, Red Hill and Ferny Grove. There are many requirements for successfully selling and Nick has extensive property and design knowledge, which he applies to local Real Estate. Nick seeks to do so by keeping in touch with market trends, identifying client needs and by keeping in touch with potential buyers and sellers. As well as working full time, Nick studies Property Valuation at Queensland University of Technology, and has completed relevant REIQ courses.

Originally from New Zealand, Vivienne came to Australia 1983, traveled and lived in many parts of Australia before settling into Brisbane. She has lived in The Gap and successfully worked as a local Senior Property Manger for the past 10 years. As a home owner and an investor she is very aware of the every day and legal implications that can arise with different aspects of owning a property. Vivienne understands that your investment property is the most important assest you have and it is essential that you have someone who you can trust, is genuine and honest and who will always attend to your needs as a priority. Since joining Realty 1 as the Office Manager in November 2008, Vivienne has been able to introduce more positive improvements by using her expertise and extensive knowledge.
